Cleanroom Injection Molding

A Class 100,000 cleanroom, corresponding to ISO Class 8, refers to a controlled space where the number of airborne particulate matter with a diameter ≥ 0.5 μm is ≤ 100,000 unit per cubic foot. It is commonly used in the production of general medical consumables and electronic components.
TSC’s cleanroom is equipped with fully electric FANUC injection molding machines, avoiding the pollution of the factory caused by oil leakage from traditional hydraulic machines.
Furthermore, every employee in cleanroom must wear cleanroom suits, caps, and shoes throughout the entire process, and enter and exit through an air shower to prevent environmental dust floating into the cleanroom.

Cleanroom Suits, Caps, Shoes Changing Area

Members enter the changing area, first step on the cleanroom mat, clean their hands, and then put on cleanroom clothing, caps, and shoes.

Air Shower

Step on the cleanroom mat in front of the air shower again to ensure that the dust on the soles of shoes is removed before entering the air shower. The high-speed clean airflow will then blow away the particles on the surface of cleanroom suits.

Cleanroom Injection Molding

Cleanroom manufacturing is suitable for products requiring high cleanliness, and mostly applicable including medical consumables, optical components, and precision electronic components.

Temperature-controlled cleanrooms and fully electric injection molding machines ensure that the quality of the produced parts remains consistent.
