Development Flow

The development flow of plastic injection mold and metal stamping tooling includes multiple steps from product designing, process discussing, mold designing, mold manufacturing, mold trial, trial run, mass production, dimension measurement, quality controlling to mass production mold maintenance. Production quality and processing precision needs to be strictly controlled in every steps in order to ensure the products can finally fulfill client’s demands.
