Plastic injection molding is a process in which thermoplastic or thermosetting polymer resin is melted and injected into the mold cavity, then cooled to reform into a solid part. It can be applied into various industries, such as automobile, medical and consumer electronics.

TSC enterprise mostly uses Japanese FANUC all-electricity injection molding machine which can achieve the stability and strict process monitoring of injection molding.
Plastic Injection Molding Flow
Plastic injection molding process includes the following steps:
Clamping
Core and cavity side of the mold are securely clamped together by a hydraulic press.
Injection
Molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity through a sprue and runners under high pressure
Dwelling
Screw rotates to inject the molten plastic into the cavity fully. Then screw withdraws backwards to prepare for the volume of next injection.
Cooling
The injected plastic is allowed to cool and solidify within the mold. Cooling time depends on different plastic materials which is also the key to good appearance, strength and dimension stability.
Ejection
After the plastic has cooled, the mold opens and ejector pins help to remove the solidified part from the mold.
